When I first walked in, I recognize the calming and inviting environment. The front desk greeted me and transitioned me into the next room almost immediately. What I appreciated the most was the individual who took pictures of my eye as well as the pressure. She narrated each step prior to administering the procedures which put an ease in me because eye exams can be usually be unsettling. Dr. Karen was very professional and reassessed if the contact lenses were comfortable and inquired if I needed assistance in other eye related content. The whole process took about 20-25 minutes and I was in and out effectively.

Dr. Humera Khan was amazing! Very caring and is great at what she does! Will be going back, and sending my family. The office is tiny, and I went during a busy time, but the staff was great and took care of everyone seamlessly!

I had a great experience. Arrived a bit early so they got me started. They quoted me prices on the phone and honored those at the appointment. That’s a first for me because I use Medicare. The Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable , and worked quickly. They also had my multi focal contacts in store for me to try. I highly recommend this location.

My appointment was with Dr. Pham, who was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. She never rushed the appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Pham.
