"When I first walked in, I recognize the calming and inviting environment. The front desk greeted me and transitioned me into the next room almost immediately. What I appreciated the most was the individual who took pictures of my eye as well as the pressure. She narrated each step prior to administering the procedures which put an ease in me because eye exams can be usually be unsettling. Dr. Karen was very professional and reassessed if the contact lenses were comfortable and inquired if I needed assistance in other eye related content. The whole process took about 20-25 minutes and I was in and out effectively."
